FIRE DAMAGED CEILINGS AND WALL
This was from a property located in Rockingham, it was the result of a oven fire that got out of hand.
We firstly had to strip all existing plaster that was severely damaged from the fire.
Due to this being a insurance claim all work had to be completed in a very small time frame, therefore the builder opted in dry-lining all fire damaged walls due to the speed on installing and also flushing.
With conventional hard wall render, you need to wait months for the walls to fully dry before painting. Drylining can be painted as soon as the plaster has dried (24 hours)
