Looking up at your ceiling, do you ever see small, circular indentations? A few weeks later, you may have noticed that small indentation forming a hole. As for your cornice, you may notice small cracks that become larger and more unsightly over time. Many people believe a small crack in plasterboard not to be a major issue as it may not change appearance in a month or a year. Small cracks as a result of movement, could have underlying issues. If these are diagnosed and dealt with quickly it can save both time and money. Maintaining an aesthetic and hassle free ceiling is much easier than you may think.
